Abstract

According to the emergency situations of current state and anticipated faults, an automatic searching algorithm of dynamic partitioning scheme for multi-region and multi-type emergency situations is proposed, which can provide reasonable auxiliary decision-making for control measures and operation mode.Firstly, the dynamic partitioning technology (DPT) is introduced, which takes transmission line switching to dynamically adjust the grid partition structure.Considering emergency situations such as equipment overload and voltage violation, the automatic searching algorithms of DPTs for a single emergency and multi-emergencies are given.Finally, concerning safety, economy and reliability, a quantitative evaluation index of dynamic partitioning scheme is proposed to determine the optimal scheme.With an example of multi-emergencies occurring in an actual power grid at the same time, the execution process of dynamic partitioning scheme is analyzed.Simulation results show that proper auxiliary decision-making strategies can be obtained by the proposed method to relieve the emergency.
