摘要

Abstract

The demand of improving the engineering implementation efficiency for smart substation automation system is analyzed.Based on the summary of engineering implementation current status, the thoughts of improving engineering implementation efficiency are given, including the configuration of devices and application functions based on the complete primary and secondary model using uniform configuration tool;simplifying communication point test by source end model maintenance;integrating the whole substation configuration description (SCD) based on bay SCD template file, standardizing automation system and devices, verifying communication point link by link, debugging local devices from control center by virtual link technique.The key technologies are elaborated.The engineering applications indicate the effectiveness of the proposed thoughts.
