茶多酚的抗氧化作用及其机制
Anti-Oxidation Functions of Tea Polyphenols and Their Mechanisms

Abstract
Tea polyphenols is a pure natural compound extracted from green tea and black tea.Tea polyphenols can not only scavenge free radicals and protect DNA from damage, but also regulate intracellular antioxidant defense system and stand up to cancer.The components, anti-oxidation functions, and the regulation effects on mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK)-nuclear factor erythroid-2-related factor 2 (Nrf2)-antioxidant response element (ARE) signal transduction pathway of tea polyphenols and relevant mechanisms were reviewed in this paper.关键词
