摘要
Abstract
Respiratory mucosal barrier is an important barrier to the body's defense, including mechanical barriers, chemical barriers, microbial barriers and immune barriers, organically combined together to prevent the invasion of harmful substances to protect the respiratory health.Dust, harmful gases and temperature, humidity and other factors in animal house are easily lead to respiratory diseases of livestock and poultry, resulting in respiratory mucosal injury, aggravate severity of the disease, and even induce organ pathology injury.In this paper, we summarized the structure and functions of respiratory mucosal barrier and the measures to improve the mucosal barrier of the respiratory tract in livestock and poultry in order to provide theoretical basis for further study of respiratory mucosa barrier and prevention of respiratory diseases of livestock and poultry.关键词
