航空线缆绝缘的加速老化试验研究
Investigation on Accelerated Aging Characteristics of Aviation Cable Insulation
摘要
Abstract
The aviation cable with PTFE insulation is applied to the aging test.The elongation at break,insulation resistance and equivalent capacitance are measured during the test.In the accelerated thermal aging environment,the mechanical properties of the aviation cable decrease,thus the elongation at break decreases significantly.When the temperature is higher than the normal operating temperature,the elongation at break declines rapidly.The aging reaction process is complex,and the reaction rate is not constant.The changes of insulation resistance and absorption ratio,polarization index are not obvious in the process of aging,equivalent capacitance increases slightly with aging.关键词
