Control Sheme of Novel Solid State Transformer Based on Virtual Synchronous Generator
摘要
Abstract
Aimed at grid-tied control sheme of a novel topology solid state transformer(SST),a virtual synchronous generator(VSG) based control sheme of SST was proposed.Firstly,a novel SST topology based on multi-pulse rectifier technology was proposed.And then,VSG based control sheme of the novel SST topology was investigated.The stability of DC bus voltage in VSG control was analyzed.Finally,the validations of the VSG based grid-tied control sheme was verified by the simulation results on a PSCAD/EMTDC model of the novel SST,and operating principles and harmonic elimination of the novel SST were verified by the experimental results on a 6 kV/100 kVA prototype.关键词
