Abstract

The poly (crystal violet) modified electrode (PCV/GCE) was prepared by cyclic voltammetry polymerization under alkaline conditions and the electrode was characterized.The electrochemical behavior of quercetin (Quercetin) on the modified electrode was investigated.The results show that poly (crystal violet) modified electrode has better electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation reduction of quercetin, the redox potential difference in PCV/GCE decreases, and the peak current increases obviously.The crystal violet on the electrode surface acts as a transfer mediator to accelerate the electron transport during the electron transfer of quercetin.In the PBS buffer solution with pH=6.5 and concentration of 0.10 mol/L,the differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) response of the poly crystal violet modified electrode is linear with quercetin 0.10~60.0 μmol/L, and the detection limit was 0.05 μmol/L(S/N=3).The crystal violet modified electrode has good performance in terms of stability, selectivity and reproducibility.The electrode is used to detect the content of quercetin in the liver tablets.The recovery rate is 98.97%~102.01%.
