Abstract
Deactivated selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitration catalyst in one power plant in Guangdong was taken as experimental sample and regenerated by regenerated liquid such as ultra-pure water, acetic acid, H2SO4 and so on. Flue gas component under oxygen-enriched combustion condition was simulated as activity testing gas. On the activity testing platform, performance of the catalyst before and after regeneration was evaluated and the catalyst was characterized by skills such as BET, X-ray spectrum analysis, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS). Results indicate that after being impregnated by water, acetic acid and H2SO4, the deactivated sample can remove poisoned elements including Fe2O3, K2O, As and Pb as well as recover specific area of the catalyst. Regeneration effects of acetic acid and H2SO4are obviously better than that of ultra-pure water. The acid liquid concentration is higher, the activity of regenerated catalyst is higher, but acetic acid and H2SO4 will destroy mechanical strength of the catalyst. It discovers comprehensive effect is the best when the acid liquid concentration is 0.5 mol/L.关键词
