摘要

Abstract

Taking 660 MW ultra-supercritical boiler in one power plant as a research object, this paper analyzes influence of boiler variable operation on flue gas loss, unburnt carbon loss, boiler efficiency and NOx emission. Experimental results indicate that heat efficiency of the boiler is lower than designed heat efficiency under the condition of variable load operation and even more lower under low load operation. Therefore, it is required to change operational parameters such as pulverized coal fineness, primary air velocity and so on according to load change in actual operating process. Opening of ammonia injection grid is the major factor affecting NOx emission and ammonia escape, thus it is ought to set different opening of ammonia injection under high and low load in actual operation so as to ensure stable and high efficient operation of the unit.
