Combined Optimized Model for Power Generation and Consumption in Autonomous Power Plant of Steel Companies Based on Load Shifting

Abstract
On the basis of influence of time of use (TOU) price on generator production schedule and transferable load schedule in the work time, this paper establishes a combined optimized model for power generation and consumption in steel companies with autonomous power plants. It obtains transferable load based on accurate analysis on electric equilibrium, and considering uncertainty of load, it works out output distribution of the generator from the minimum power consumption cost and then calculates load operating time by combining the load shifting model and price constraint. Example result indicates that electricity price of different peak time has different influence on transferable load schedule, and the company must reasonably make use of TOU price to arrange transferable load and optimize the generator as well as reduce power generation cost so as to acquire the maximum economic benefit.关键词
