摘要
Abstract
Due to insufficiency of unified standards for performance of the ultra-high frequency (UHF) sensor used for monitoring partial discharge (PD) of gas insulated metal closed switchgear (GIS), this paper uses an equivalent circuit model for the UHF sensor micristrip line based on vector fitting (VF) algorithm to obtain a high frequency circuit model only by means of structure parameters of the sensor. It firstly adopts standard Gaussian pulse for modeling, and then analyzes response characteristic of the model based on finite difference time domain method, finally it summarizes response rules of different pulse sources width. Simulation analysis indicates that the error of the model based on VF algorithm and analysis result of finite difference time domain method is less than 10%, which verifies feasibility of using this modeling method to construct the calibration system of UHF sensor.关键词
