摘要
Abstract
Performance assessment of temporary going abroad for public affairs is the most important part of scientific and technological activity management.This paper utilizes the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to develop a hierarchic model depending on effective international exchange and cooperation of seismological science and technology,with implement of new administrative measures of going abroad for public affairs and actual need of operational performance assessment.This paper provides a model consisting of 3 criteria(B1: quality of academic exchange and cooperation;B2: effective achievement;B3: contribution to international cooperation program)and 12 elements for performance assessment.The method of performance assessment based on modern scientific management may offer some scientific reference to the promotion of management ability.关键词
