摘要

Abstract

Epoxy resin modified cement pastes containing different percentages of emulsion were prepared using two kinds of epoxy resin emulsions with different polymerization degrees.The influence of epoxy resin emulsion without curing agent on the early hydration process of oil well cement pastes was investigated at different temperatures using isothermal hydration heat evolution,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The results show that the hydration process of epoxy resin modified cement pastes is delayed,compared to that of blank cement pastes,while their hydration products are similar.There is an epoxy resin film wrapping the particles in hardened cement pastes,which can fill the capillary pores of cement stones.Hence,the compressive strength of cement stones increases slightly as the content of epoxy resin emulsion increases.
