摘要

Abstract

The bulk-type inorganic all-solid-state lithium ion batteries possess some advantages like no safety concern, wide operation temperature range, high energy density and long cycling life. However, the fabrication of high-performance all-solid-state lithium ion batteries is still a challenge. Recent development on the structure design, interface problem, capacity performance, energy density and cycling property of the bulk-type inorganic all-solid-state lithium ion batteries fabricated by different methods was reviewed. In addition, the principles and methods to improve the combination properties of solid electrolyte, modify interfaces between electrode layer and solid electrolyte layer, and design battery structures were also discussed.
