摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the flavonoids from Fructus viticis.Methods Compounds were isolated with Sephadex LH-20,polyamide chromatograms,and so on.Their structures were determined by spectral analysis (such as MS and NMR),and physical and chemical activities.Results Six compounds were obtained and identified from 75% ethanol fraction of Fructus viticis L.as artemetin (1),4'-hydroxy-5,6,7-tri-methoxyflavone (2),casticin (3),5,4'-dyhydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyflavone (4),kaempferol (5) and quercetin (6).Conclusion Compounds 2 and 4 were isolated from Fructus viticis for the first time.关键词
