金银花提取物对LPS致ARDS大鼠肺炎症影响的研究
Effects of Lonicera japonica extract on lung inflammation in LPS-induced ARDS rats

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Lonicera japonica extract on lung inflammation in LPS-induced ARDS rats and elucidate the anti-inflammatory mechanisms of Lonicera japonica extract.Methods The ARDS model was established by LPS stimulation in SD rats.Forty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:the normal group,the ARDS model group,the Lonicera japonica extract group and the dexamethasone treatment group.The pathologic changes of lung tissue were observed in each group.Total cell numbers in broncho alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were counted,and the concentrations of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α in BALF were measured by ELISA. Results Lonicera japonica extract improved sepsis-induced lung tissue lesion.Compared with the ARDS group,total inflammatory cell number in BALF and the level of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-αin BALF in the group treated with Lonicera japonica extract were significantly decreased. Conclusion The results of this study revealed that Lonicera japonica extract could attenuate sepsis through suppression of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-αinflammatory factors.Therefore,our findings suggest that Lonicera japonica extract might be useful as a potential therapeutic agent for treatment of sepsis.关键词
