摘要
Abstract
C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) activates its cognate natriuretic peptide receptor B (NPR-B),stimulates the second messenger cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) production in cumulus cells and oocytes,and forms the CNP /NPR-B/cGMP signaling pathway,which can mediate a variety of physiological effects.In recent years,a large number of studies confirmed that CNP/NPR-B/cGMP signaling pathway is closely related to follicle development,oocyte meiosis and embryo development,suggesting that this signaling pathway may play a significant role in female reproductive process.关键词
