壮药扁担藤HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘要
Abstract
To study on the HPLC fingerprint of stem of Tetrastigma planicaule(Hook.f.)Gagnep.high performance of liquid chromatography(HPLC)was adopted,the separation was performed on Ultimate C18(5 μm,4.6×250 mm) column,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1％ acetic acid solution with a gradient elution,the detection wavelength was 258 nm,the column temperature was set at 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1 mL/min.The data was performed with similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM(Version 2004A).In the fingerprint,12 common peaks were confirmed and the similarity of 10 batches of stem of Tetrastigma planicaule(Hook.f.) Gagnep.were above 0.9.The experiment result could provide scientific foundation for building the quality control method of Tetrastigma planicaule(Hook.f.) Gagnep.关键词
