摘要

Abstract

Hydroponic culture was conducted to study the effect of different pH values(6.4-7.2) on the growth of Isoetes sinensis,the paper examined the changing rule of physiological and biochemical characteristics and photosynthetic fluorescence characteristics.The chlorophyll content,Pm,α,Ik,Fv/Fm,Yield and qP showed a single-peak curve,first increasing and then decreasing during the experimental period.As a result,the highest chlorophyll content,Pm,α,Ik,Fv/Fm,Yield and qP were detected in the leaves of plants in the pH=6.6 treatment.The soluble sugar content,MDA content,PRO content,CAT activities,POD activities and qN decreased at the beginning then increased as pH values increased.And the lowest soluble sugar content,MDA content,PRO content,CAT activities,POD activities and qN were detected in the pH=6.6 treatment.The results show that the partial acid water is more suitable for the growth of Isoetes sinensis.
