摩根摩根菌的临床分布及耐药性分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics of clinical distribution and drug resistance of Morganella morganii.Methods Eighty strains of Morganella morganii isolated from sputum,blood,urine,pus and bile specimens of the patients from different clinical divisions were collected.Routine strain culture was conducted.Strain identification was performed after preliminary screening by Gram stain and oxidase test.Then drug sensitive test was performed using K-B method and strain distribution was analyzed.Results Eighty strains of Morganella morganii were mainly isolated from sputum[42.50%(34/80)],secondly from wound secretion[25.00%(20/80)].The drug resistance rates of this bacteria to amoxicillin,ampicillin and cefazolin were 100.0%,to gentamicin and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole were more than 50.0%,and to meropenem,cefoperazone/sulbactam and cefepime were 0.Conclusion Morganella morganii can be detected in various clinical specimens.Severe drug resistance and multiple drug resistance can be observed in Morganella morganii.The clinical monitoring of resistance for this bacteria should be strengthened.关键词
