臂踝脉搏波传导速度与2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变分期的相关性
Correlation of brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity with staging of retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation of brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV) with the staging of retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 117 patients with T2DM were divided into non-diabetic retinopathy group(NDR group,n=41),nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy group(NPDR group,n=46) and proliferative diabetic retinopathy group(PDR group,n=30) according to the result of fluorescein fundus angiography.baPWV was measured in the three groups.The correlation of baPWV with the staging of retinopathy in patients with T2DM was analyzed.Results Association analysis with chi square test showed that the degeneration severity of vascular elasticity acquired by baPWV was related with the staging of diabetic retinopathy(P<0.05),and Spearman correlation analysis showed that positive correlation was found between them(r=0.475,P<0.001).Conclusion In patients with T2DM,the degeneration severity of vascular elasticity acquired by baPWV gets worse when retinopathy deteriorates.关键词
