Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the preoperative staging of bladder cancer.Methods The preoperative tumor staging of 129 patients with bladder cancer was defined by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography,then the findings were compared with the results of surgical and pathologic diagnosis.Results In 129 cases of bladder cancer,51 were diagnosis as phase T1,20 as phase T2,38 as phase T3 and 20 as phase T4 by using transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography for staging,while the results of surgical and pathologic staging were as follows:49 cases of phase T1,23 of phase T2,37 of phase T3 and 20 of phase T4.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of phase T1 bladder cancer were 96.90%,97.30% and 96.25% respectively,of phase T2 were 94.57%,78.26% and 98.11% respectively,of phase T3 were 97.67%,97.29% and 97.83% respectively,and of phase T4 were 100%,100% and 100% respectively.Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography has great value of clinical application in preoperative staging of bladder cancer.关键词
