氧分压对急性肺动脉栓塞的诊断价值
Value of oxygen partial pressure in the diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the value of oxygen partial pressure in the diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism with rabbit model of pulmonary embolism. Methods: Rabbit autologous blood clots pulmonary embolism model were used in this study, and 20 rabbits were randomly divided into normal group (only by taking blood from the rabbit ear margin, n=5), 7 h after model establishment group (n=5), (5) 24 h after model establishment group (n=5), 1 week after model establishment group (n=5).7 h, 24h and 1 week after model establishment blood were taken from each group for arterial blood gas analysis. Results: Oxygen partial pressure was (93.15±2.26) mmHg in the normal group, (81.98±1.94) mmHg 7 h after model establishment group, and (84.55±2.18) mmHg in the 24 h after model establishment group, and (92.66±1.92) mmHg 1 week after model establishment group.Significant differences were observed between the normal control group and 7 h after model establishment group and 24 h after model establishment group (P<0.01).But no significant difference was observed between the normal control group and the 1 week after model establishment group (P>0.05).Conclusion: The oxygen partial pressure starts to decrease 7 h after model establishment and will not restore to the normal level 24 h after the model establishment. But 1 week after model the establishment embolus begins to dissolve, respiratory system are rebuilt, oxygen partial pressure gradually returned to the normal levels. These results indicate that oxygen partial pressure is positively related to acute pulmonary embolism.关键词
