高固含发泡酚醛树脂的制备过程分析及应用研究

Abstract
Paraformaldehyde was chose to replace forrnaldehyde solution as raw material in the synthesis of high solid content and foamable resole phenolic resin.The effects of reaction time on the properties of phenolic resin were investigated.The results showed that the viscosity and solid content of phenolic resin was increased gradually,the content of free phenol and free formaldehyde were reduced gradually,heat resistance was slightly reduced with the increase of reaction time.At the end of the reaction,the viscosity,solid content,free phenol,free formaldehyde and carbon residue (900℃) were respectively 8000mPa· s,77.01%,1.42%,0.53% and 60.14%.The viscosity,solid content meet the requirements of foaming resin,and the free phenol and formaldehyde content was low,heat resistance was high,bubble hole were smaller and distributed more uniformly.关键词
