基于Automation Studio的采煤机滚筒调高液压系统设计
Design of height-regulating hydraulic system for shearer drum based on Automation Studio software
摘要
Abstract
This paper is an effort to address the negative feature of single pump double drum shearer hydraulic system in use by simulating the drum height adjustment process using Automation Studio software.The median function working as a "single pump H" type reversing valve adjusting system suffers an disadvantage that height adjustment involves transferring the load from one hydraulic cylinder to other one and leaving one hydraulic cylinder subjected to the height adjustment load pressure of two rollers,thus causing an increase in hydraulic cylinder load and a reduction in the reliability of the system,accompanied by a small offset in another hydraulic cylinder position.To overcome the problem,the paper proposes a novel "hydraulic M" type reversing valve single pump of shearer height adjusting system.The result demonstrates that the design capable of improving the high reliability of the system may provide a reference for the design of coal mining machine hydraulic system.关键词
