摘要

Abstract

This paper is aimed at an improved performance of surface treatment of rearmixed water jet shot peening.The study involves the numerical simulation of the liquid-solid two-phase flow field of nozzle using Fluent software after the designing of rearmixed water jet nozzle with fan-shaped mixed nozzle structure based on the rearmixed water jet nozzle used for cutting.The numerical simulation uses the Euler model for the multiphase flow;and the k-ε model for turbulence eddy viscosity model,followed by an analysis of the influence of V-shaped angle of fan-shaped mixed nozzle on both jet diffusion width and axial velocity.The result shows that fan-shaped mixed nozzle performs at the best V-shaped angle of 45 °,in which case,solid projectile flow field along groove direction has the diffusion width of 15.39 mm and projectile flow field has the axial velocity of 52.70 m/s,as occurs with 10 mm target distance.
