Abstract
Objective To study the effect of nurse-leading multidisciplinary team-based intervention on prevention of falls for elderly patients.Method Divide 370 elderly patients into observation group (n=175) and control group (n=175) by randomized coding from SPSS 19.0.Patients in control group receive routine intervention such as warning sign and health education.Patients in observation group develop nurse-leading multidisciplinary team-based intervention.Compare incidence of falls,awareness rate on that fall can be prevented,scores on Tinetti Performance Oriented Mobility Assessment (Tinetti POMA),Morse fall scale (MFS) and Chinese version of Falls Efficacy Scale (FES).Result Incidence of falls is lower in observation group than in control group.Patients in observation group have higher awareness rate on that fall can be prevented than patients in control group.Patients in observation group have higher scores on Tinetti POMA、MFS and Chinese version of FES and lower score on MFS than patients in control group.The difference is significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Nurse-leading multidisciplinary team-based intervention can improve elderly patients' cognition on fall and their body function and condition.It can reduce incidence of falls.关键词
