摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the psychological experience of hemodialysis patients in induction period to provide evidence for helping patients cope with the disease positively.Method 11 hemodialysis patients in induction period receive individual in-depth interview by phenomenological research method from qualitative research.Arrange and analyze the information by Colaizzi's seven-step method.Result Three themes of negative psychological experience in early diagnosis,requiring knowledge to be the base of facing disease and emotional support to be the guarantee of accepting disease are concluded from analysis.Conclusion Hemodialysis patients in induction period have negative psychological experience.Nurses should give them individual guidance for patients to get through induction period.关键词
