The Analysis of Yap1 in the Development of Oligodendrocytes
摘要
Abstract
Myelin formed by oligodendrocytes in the central nervous system wraps axons to accelerate the conduction of nerve impulses.As a key factor of Hippo pathway,Yap1 involves in the development of multiple organs and types of cells.To investigate the function of Yap1 in oligodendrocyte development,Yap1 was conditionally knocked out in oligodendrocytes,and the phonotypes were checked with in situ hybridization and immunofluorescence.However,the data showed that the early development and differentiation of oligodendrocytes were not affected in mutant mice,which indicated that Yap1 was not required for oligodendrocyte development.关键词
