大豆GmMYB130对GmCHI3基因的转录调控研究

摘要
Abstract
Salt stress,usually brings osmotic stress to plant cells,is one of the most abiotic stresses limiting crop productivities.Understanding of the intracellular responses to salinity will favor the molecular breeding of salt tolerant soybean cultivars.In this study,subcellular localization,ChIP and qRT-PCR assays are used to explore the transcriptional regulation of GmCHI3 by the salt responsive GmMYB130 protein.The results show that GmMYB130 localizes in the nucleus of soybean roots.Interestingly,GmMYB130 bounds to the promoter region of the GmCHI3 gene and activates its transcription.Hence,the transcription factor GmMYB130 is supposed to enhance the soybean tolerance via the regulation of flavonoid synthesis.关键词
