Effects of Probiotic on the Production Performance,Serum Immunoglobulin and Microorganism in Cecum of Fattening Pigs
本研究旨在探讨在饲料中添加益生素对育肥猪生长性能、血清免疫球蛋白含量和盲肠微生物菌群的影响.选用日龄和体重相近、生长状况良好的青海八眉二元育肥猪60头,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头猪.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组饲喂基础日粮+120 mg/kg吉他霉素,试验Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮+0.2%益生素,试验Ⅱ组饲喂基础日粮+0.5%益生素.试验期90 d.结果表明:饲料中添加0.5%的益生素可以显著提高育肥猪增重、血清IgA和IgG含量、盲肠乳酸…查看全部>>
