牛膝多糖对断奶仔猪糖、脂肪、蛋白代谢和肝功能相关酶的影响
Effects of Achyranthes Bidentata Polysaccharide on Liver Function-associated Enzymes and Metabolism of Carbohydrate,Fat,and Protein in Weaned Piglets

Abstract
This study was to explore the effects of Achyranthes Bidentata polysaccharide (ABPS) on liver function-associated enzymes,metabolism of carbohydrate,fat,and protein in weaned piglets.A total of thirty-six 25-day-old (DLY) weaned piglets with similar genetic background and weight were divided into three treatments with 6 replicates per treatment and 4 pigs per replicate in a randomized complete block.The control was fed the basal diet,the other two groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 600 mg/kg ABPS (group 1),and 1 200 mg/kg ABPS (group 2),respectively.The results showed that ABPS supplement significantly reduced the serum concentration of total cholesterol,triglycerides,glucose,urea nitrogen,glutamate pyruvate transaminase,and low density lipoprotein (P<0.05),but no significant effect of ABPS was obtained on high density lipoprotein (P>0.05).Serum creatinine in 1 200 mg/kg ABPS group was remarkably lower than the control and 600 mg/kg ABPS group (P<0.05).In contrast,the difference between the latter two groups was not significant (P>0.05).Serum creatine kinase in three groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).However,serum lipoprotein lipase in 1 200 mg/kg ABPS group was significantly higher than those of control (P<0.05).In conclusion,ABPS significantly improved liver function,the status,the metabolism of carbohydrate,fat,and protein in weaned piglets.关键词
