Diagnosis and Control of PRRSV Virulent Strain Infection in a Shandong Pig Farm
摘要
Abstract
In order to diagnose suspected cases of PRRS in a Shandong pig farm and to control the disease scientifically,the pathological symptoms of the suspected cases were examined and the PRRSV N protein genes were amplified by RT-PCR.The RT-PCR products were sequenced and were compared with other seven GenBank published PRRSV N protein gene sequences.The results showed that the cases were PRRSV positive and were infected by PRRSV virulent strains.And the disease was effectively controlled by taking prevention and treatment measures.This study provided a reference for the identification and diagnosis of PRRSV virulent strain infection,and a basis for the prevention of PRRS.关键词
