摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem that the mainstream commercial radon instrument has low accuracy when measuring low radon concentration.For output signal of a new ion pulse ionization chamber,a highly sensitive preamplifier circuit based on integrated operational amplifier TL071 is designed.The preamplifier consists of current and voltage conversion circuit,amplifying circuit and CR-RC integral-differential filter forming circuit with the same time constant.Using Multisim 10 to its gain,amplitude-frequency characteristics,distortion,SNR and input impedance performance simulation and testing,the results show that the preamplifier converts the pA level signal into a voltage signal and amplifies it to V level,and the input impedance is about 105 MΩ.The distortion can reach 0% and the SNR can reach 100 dB.
