摘要
Abstract
Using Monte-Carlo calculation and experimental measurement,the thickness of electron equilibrium compensating material of LiF (Mg,Cu,P) thermoluminescent dosimeter (TLD) under different X ray is studied.The stimulation result and the experimental result match each other very well,it shows that when the X ray effective energy is 83 keV,118 keV,208 keV,a certain thickness of electron equilibrium compensating material is needed on the surface of TLD,and the thickness increases with the X ray energy.关键词
