摘要

Abstract

X-ray mass attenuation coefficient is an important physical quantity to study X-ray.Hard X-ray calibration facility(HXCF) has become an ideal device for studying the mass attenuation coefficient as its monochromatic,stable and measurable absolute photon numbers.This experiment use Cu and A1 two materials to measure their mass attenuation coefficients when the X-ray's energy is 30 keV,50 keV,80 keV,100 keV and 110 keV.Then compared the experimental values with NIST reference values,the standard deviations was got.According to the NIST energy-mass attenuation coefficient curves,Cu and Al mass attenuation coefficients under 110 keV were verified and this is the basis for further research.
