郁证与干眼的相关性探讨

摘要
Abstract
Dry eye is a common kind of eye disease in the clinical. The incidence of it has increased year by year. A number of studies at home and abroad have shown that patients with dry eye are associated with more modern problems such as anxiety and depression. It also raises that dry eye and depression syndrome have some similarities in TCM etiology and pathogenesis, such as liver pathogenesis, viscera disorder ofqi and blood,yin andyang or qi activity run wrong. In terms of molecular mechanism both of them also have relevance. For example, in the common effect of sex hormone levels and the adjustment of the nervous system as well as the imbalance of immune function. Both of them can be treated through traditional Chinese medicine method such as liverqi and psychological counseling. On the basis of syndrome differentiation using the liverqi drugs or guiding medicine based on patient condition can increase the curative effect.关键词
