Professor WANG Xu in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy based on blood stasis and heat
摘要
Abstract
Treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with traditional Chinese medicine can relieve symptoms and signs of patients, and it has some advantages of strong competition and small side effects of liver and kidney. However, the traditional Chinese medicine for diabetic peripheral neuropathy is more complex and complicated, resulting in clinical promotion inconvenience. Professor WANG Xu adheres to the academic thinking from TCM master ZHOU Zhongying and she believes that blood stasis and heat are the causes of diabetes. She believes diabetic peripheral neuropathy has close relationship with blood stasis and heat. Blood stasis and heat can occur in the disease process and it should be treated from eliminating blood stasis and clearing heat. This paper is based on the relationship between blood stasis and heat and clinical characteristics, etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, taking the clinical case of professor WANG Xu in the treatment of DPN by eliminating blood stasis and clearing heat, to lay a solid foundation in theory and practice.关键词
