珍芪降糖胶囊联合西格列汀片治疗2型糖尿病
Zhenqi Jiangtang capsule and sitagliptin phosphate tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect ofZhenqi Jiangtang capsule and sitagliptin phosphate tablets in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 94 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital were selected as research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given sitagliptin phosphate tablets, 1/d, 1/ times; Observation group was givenZhenqi Jiangtang capsule on the basis of the control group, 3/d, 4/times. After the treatment, to evaluate the clinical effect of the two groups. Before and after treatment, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and blood lipid content were respectively detected on the two groups; Fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 hPG), glucagon like peptide 1 (GLP-1), fasting insulin (FINS) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) and other indexes of blood glucose content were detected on two groups; Total antioxidant ability (T-AOC), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and other indicators of oxidative stress were detected on the two groups. The adverse reactions were observed in the patients during the treatment.ResultsAfter treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 91.2%, significantly higher than the control group 78.7% (P<0.05). After treatment, TC, TG, LDL-C, FBG, 2hPG and HbAlc were (5.72±1.14) mmol/l, (2.17±0.46) mmol/l, (2.62±0.81) mmol/l, (6.12±0.84) mmol/l, (6.72±0.49) mmol/l in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), while SOD, T-AOC, GSH-Px, HDL-C and GLP-1 were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). During the treatment, there were no serious adverse reaction in all patients.ConclusionZhenqi Jiangtang capsule and sitagliptin phosphate tablets in patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively improve blood lipid and blood glucose.关键词
