鼓气通魄汤配合脐贴联合莫沙比利治疗气虚型老年慢性功能性便秘
Guqi Tongpo decoction combined with umbilical paste with Mosapride therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic functional constipationofqi deficiency

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of theGuqi Tongpo decoction combined with umbilical paste with Mosapride therapy in elderly patients with chronic functional constipation (Deficiency).Methods 86 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 42 patients in the control group were treated with Mosapride, 44 patients in the observation group were treated with Mosapride joint flavoredGuqi Tongpo decoction (Drug composition:Huangqi,Dangshen, Baizhu, Shengma, Chaihu, Zhigancao, Xingren, Yuliren, Taoren) and umbilical paste. The treatment lasted 28 d (4 weeks). The two groups were observed and compared with the short-term and long-term efficacy and the incidence of adverse.Results Observation group and control group's points before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant. Compared with before treatment the reduce score in constipation symptom between the two groups in the 7 d, 14 d, 21 d, 28 d, the difference was statistically significant. When the 3 months follow-up, the total effective rate of the observation group is 95.45%, the total effective rate of the control group is 66.67%, compared with the control group, the observation group has better efficacy, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The adverse reactions incidence of the observation group and the control group were 4.55% and 38.10%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the adverse reactions incidence of the observation group was lower.Conclusion TheGuqi Tongpo decoction combined with umbilical paste with Mosapride therapy for the elderly patients with the deficiency of chronic functional constipation is better and relatively safer.关键词
