子宫肌瘤发病的相关因素和中医证型研究
Related factors and TCM syndrome of uterine myoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective Through clinical investigation, from the general situation, menstruation, obstevical history, life style, environmental and psychological factors, genetic factors, age, and many other factors to find women uterine fibroids disease risk factors, and to study related factors and TCM syndrome of uterine myoma, and to provide the basis for the clinical guidance.Methods Using statistical method, through the 300 questionnaires survey and the measurement of sex hormones and B ultrasonic examination, choose some statistical methods such as logistic regression analysis, chi-square test, analysis of the related risk factors of uterine fibroids and find out internal connecting link of related factors and TCM syndrome of uterine myoma.Results BMI, family heredity of uterine fibroids, pregnancy times, abortion times, job stress and pressure, emotion changes, often eating health products, seafood, smoking are risk factors for uterine flesh tumour disease. Physical exercise and regular work and rest are protection factors of uterine fibroids. The distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome types of uterine fibroids are kidney deficiency and blood stasis andqi stagnation and blood stasis, BMI, number of abortions, emotional impact and the length of the course were significantly correlated with the distribution of TCM syndromes. TCM syndrome type distribution along with the length of the course of the disease, early short duration distribution inqi stagnation and blood stasis type, long course of the disease more concentrated in the kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Conclusion The incidence of uterine fibroids and BMI, body mass index, number of pregnancy, the uterus myoma family genetic history, job stress and pressure and other factors have a significant correlation. The distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome types of uterine fibroids are kidney and blood stasis and qi and blood stasis syndrome type, kidney and blood stasis syndrome type is the most, and phlegm wet stasis syndrome type is the least.关键词
