银莱汤对食积复合FM1流感病毒感染小鼠黏膜免疫的影响
Influence ofYinlai decoction on mucosal immunity of mice with dyspesia combined with FM1 influenza virus infection

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence ofYinlai decoction on mucosal immunity in mice with dyspepsia combined with FM1 influenza virus infection, and identify the efficacy ofYinlai decoction and its potential mechanism.Methods 90 male mice were randomly allocated into normal decoction, infection decoction, infection and dyspepsia decoction, high, middle and low doseYinlai decoction ,Shuanghuanglian decoction,Xiaoer huashiwan decoction, ribavirin decoction. A diet-induced mice model with high fat and high protein diet combined with 52% milk solution were built in infection and dyspepsia decoction and all the treating decoction to build models of dyspepsia animal, and the mice were infected by FM1 influenza virus via nose in those decoction. The level of secreted immunoglobulin A (sIgA), interleukin-10 (IL-10), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interferon-γ(INF-γ) of lung and colon tissue homogenate by ELISA detection.Results Compared with the normal decoction, the levels of sIgA, IL-10 and TNF-α in colon tissue decreased, the levels of sIgA, INF-γ in lung tissue decreased significantly (P<0.05), the levels of IL-10, TNF-α in lung tissue were increased in infection decoction as well as infection and dyspepsia compound decoction. Compared with infection and dyspepsia compound decoction, the levels of sIgA, IL-10 and TNF-α in colon tissue were increased significantly (P<0.05) inYinlai decoction decoction of middle, the levels of sIgA, IL-10 in lung tissue elevated significantly in each dose ofYinlai decoction decoction. Compared with the normal decoction, the levels of sIgA, INF-γ in lung tissue were decreased significantly (P<0.05). compared with the treating decoction, the levels of sIgA were not statistically different, the levels of IL-10 elevated significantly(P<0.05), the levels of TNF-α decreased significantly (P<0.05) in lung and colon tissue of each dose ofYinlai decoction decoction, the levels of INF-γ decreased significantly (P<0.05) in lung tissue.ConclusionYinlai decoction can promote the secretion of sIgA in lung and colon tissue, regulate the secretion of IL-10, TNF-α, INF-γ, thus regulate mucosal immune function of mice, and then achieve an anti-viral effect.关键词
