Comparative study on different treatment methods of soybean isoflavone
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of extraction method, extraction temperature, extraction time, extaction solvent and pH on the content of soybean isoflavone.Methods Summarizing related Chinese and foreign literature in recent years by researching leterature systematicly.Results Soybean isoflavone which contains 12 kinds of structural components can degrade or transform under different processing methods. Soybean varieties, producing areas, climate and storage conditions have an important effect on the content of soybean isoflavone.Conclusion Since extraction method, extaction solvent, extraction temperature and pH have an effect on the content of soybean isoflavone, it is necessary to select a reasonable extraction process.关键词
