摘要

Abstract

Considering the problems about that the information of hardware Trojan is easy to be merged by the informa-tion of IC normal operation using one-dimension hardware Trojan detection approach, and the expensive cost and the low accuracy of two-dimension hardware Trojan detection approach, a hardware Trojan detection approach based on infrared spectrum analysis is proposed. This approach is a two-dimension hardware Trojan detection approach, it utilizes the fea-tures of infrared waves'short wavelength and rare information losses of infrared spectrums to achieve higher hardware Trojan detection accuracy. The experiment shows that infrared spectrum based hardware Trojan detection approach can detect the existence of hardware Trojan better and distinguish the logic type of hardware Trojan to some extent.
