ZnO/石墨烯复合材料的制备及其光催化性能

Abstract
The composites of ZnO/graphene with different mass ratio were prepared by hydrothermal method to encapsulate graphene oxide on the surface of ZnO nanoparticles.The composites were characterized by TEM, XRD and Raman spectroscopy, and the photocatalytic performance of ZnO/graphene composites was evaluated by the degradation efficiency of methylene blue.The results showed that all the ZnO/graphene composites exhibited better photocatalytic activity than pure zinc oxide.When the mass ratio of ZnO/graphene was 50∶1, the efficiency of photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue was the highest, reaching 72.7%.关键词
