中药熏洗联合耳穴压豆对吻合器痔上黏膜环切术后病人疼痛及舒适度的影响
Effect of herbal fumigation combined with ear acupoint pressing beans on pain and comfort of patients with prolapse and hemorrhoids

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the effect of herbal fumigation combined with ear acupoint pressing beans on the pain and comfort of patients with prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH).Methods A total of 120 patients with PPH were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given oral administration of Nimesulide Dispersible Tablets analgesia,while the patients in observation group were treated with herbal fumigation with ear acupoint pressing beans.The pain and comfort conditions were observed after 24 h treatment in two groups.Results:The degree of pain in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,while the comfort degree of patients in observation group was better than that in control group.There were statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The herbal fumigation with ear acupoint pressing beans can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms of patients after PPH,and improve the comfort of patients during their stay in hospital.关键词
