同型半胱氨酸、脂蛋白a与不同程度冠心病的相关性研究
Research on relationship between HCY and Lp(a) with different degrees of coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between homocysteine(HCY) and lipoprotein a (Lp(a)) with different degrees of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 526 patients with CHD were selected as the CHD group,328 individuals undergoing healthy physical examination served as the control group.According to the number of main coronary arterial stenosis,the CHD group were divided into the single-vessel,double-vessel and multiple-vessel groups.The CHD group was divided into the myocardial infarction (MI) and non-MI groups.Plasma HCY and Lp(a) levels were measured in each group and statistically compared.Results (1)Plasma HCY level in the single-vessel,double-vessel and multiple vessel groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The plasma HCY level had statistical difference between the multiple vessel group and single-vessel group and between multiple-vessel group and double vessel group (P<0.05).(2)Plasma Lp(a) level in the single-vessel,double-vessel and multiple vessel groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),whereas plasma Lp(a) level had no statistical difference among the single-vessel,double-vessel and multiple-vessel groups (P>0.05).(3) Compared with the control group,the HCY level in the MI group and non-MI group was obviously increased,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),and the HCY level in the MI group was obviously higher than that in the non-MI group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(4)Compared with the control group,the LP (a) level in the non-MI and MI group was significantly increased,while the latter was higher,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma HCY and Lp(a) levels are correlated with the coronary arterial lesion and may be the risk factors of CHD.关键词
