急诊外科模式在创伤救治中的应用

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect and practical experience of the emergency surgery mode in trauma treatment.Methods Two hundreds and seven cases of trauma in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into the two groups according to the different treatment ways.The control group (n=103) was treated with the conventional method,while the observation group (n=104) adopted the emergency surgical mode for treatment.The treatment effects were comparatively analyzed in the two groups.Results The success rate in the observation group was 97.11%,which was higher than 88.35% in the control group,and the time of diagnosis and treatment,early treatment time and incidence of late complications in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the emergency surgery mode in trauma treatment is more conducive to improve the work efficiency,save time,increase the success rate of treatment,and enhances the quality of personnel,which is worth exploring and promoting.关键词
