Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of broncho-Vaxom combined with atomization inhaled budesonide on T lymphocytes in acute exacerbation of child bronchial asthma.Methods Eithy-six children cases of acute bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.The control group was given budesonide inhalation treatment on the basis of the conventional treatment;while on this basis the study group was treated with oral broncho-Vaxom capsule.The symptoms improvement situation and change of T lymphocytes and helper T lymphocytes levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate after treatment in the study group was 93.02%,which was significantly higher than 74.41% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ in the two groups were significantly increased compared with before treatment,and the proportion of CD4+/CD8+ was significantly decreased.The improvement degree of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ after treatment in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Th1,Th1/Th2 after treatment in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,while the Th2 level was significantly decreased.The improvement degree of Th1,Th2 and Th1/Th2 after treatment in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Broncho-Vaxom combined with budesonide inhalation can significantly improve the T lymphocyte subsets and T lymphocyte levels in children patients with acute bronchial asthma,corrects immune cells imbalance,regulates immunity and improves the treatment efficiency.关键词
