Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of penicillamine combined with Wenyanghuayu method and Chinese traditional medicine bath in the treatment of systemic scleroderma.Methods One hundred and twenty-two cases of systemic scleroderma in our from September 2014 to July 2014 were selected as the research subjects and grouped by the random number table for conducting the experiment.The control group (61 cases) took the penicillamine treatment,while on this basis the observation group (61 cases) was treated by Wenyanghuayu method and Chinese medicine bath.The clinical effects,skin hardness score and joint pain and joint function score,and adverse drug reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was up to 98.36%,which was significantly higher than 88.52% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the adverse drug reaction rate in the observation group was 1.64%,which was lower than 13.11% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the skin hardness score,and joint pain and joint function score after treatment the observation group were obviously superior to those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Penicillamine combined with Wenyanghuayu method and Chinese traditional medicine bath for treating systemic scleroderma has good clinical effect,the symptoms are significantly improved with less adverse drug reactions and high safety,which can be promoted and applied in clinic.关键词
